Job Description

What the role is:Work closely with various stakeholders as part of an ICT Governance, Cybersecurity & Digital Workplace team to implement, manage and oversee Governance and Digital Workplace initiatives and operations.What you will be working on:

• Provide subject matter expert consultancy and explore, evaluate, propose, and implement ICT systems, services, and technologies to meet CyberSecurity and Digital Workplace initiatives and needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams/projects and manage vendors in the implementation and support of ICT systems and services according to business and security requirements and the conduct of regular reviews and facilitation of regular audits of IT systems and services.
• Seek and analyse root causes of issues by deep understanding of the enterprise environment and collaborating with technical teams from various domains and vendors in providing solutions.
• Manage vendors and IT contracts to ensure they meet contractual service deliveries for the setup of the enterprise and security infrastructure (on-premises and in the Cloud) including preparation of technical specifications.
• Analyse, develop and communicate the technology deployment process, seek feedback from stakeholders and make continual improvement in the operations phase.
• Conduct user briefing sessions/training to prepare users in adopting new solutions with the creation of impactful communications and documentations.
• Conduct risk assessment, policy compliance self-assessment and control measure audits to ensure processes and practices are adopted by relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the IT Risk and Third-Party Risk Registers and work with relevant teams to assess and monitor all IT risks/non-compliance items till closure.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Computing/Telecommunications) or equivalent.
• Possessing a security related certification such CISSP, CISM and CISA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT-related projects and vendor management and familiar with systems/platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows and Linux OS and other technologies in areas such as Anti-virus, Disk encryption, patch management, automation tools, and privileged identity access management (PIAM) tools.
• Possess Microsoft 365 & Office 365 domain knowledge to drive Digital Workplace transformation.
• Possess a security focused and a growth mindset.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write and communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of users.
• Self-motivated, keen learner, proactive and a team player.
