POSITION: Systems Operations Lead
REPORTS TO: Systems Operations Manager

This position is responsible for resolving complex customer service issues that may have escalated to a Leadership level. You will provide coaching and feedback to associates when needed.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • Be a visible and accessible resource for Merchandise Operations including, clarifying SOP\'s, and providing guidance as needed
  • Proactively communicate care center, brand, policy and procedure information/updates to associates
  • Lead through example by performing department tasks safely, correctly, and quickly; demonstrating integrity and acting in a responsible and accountable manner
  • Track potential performance and coaching trends
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, peers, and managers within the organization
  • Assigning and managing daily workload for the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: What you need to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills including a solid \xe2\x80\x9cteam player\xe2\x80\x9d orientation
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors, and managers
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, independent decision-making skills, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and the ability to foster open communication between associates
