Job Description

Job Overview:
T24 Support Engineer should provide BAU support for Core Banking application (Temenos T24) and business analyst skills and management of the development effort within core banking and back-office focused technology projects as part of the bank\'s wider program of digital transformation initiatives.
The position entails designing and driving the implementation of development while playing a role in spearheading technical analysis, design, development, and system integration testing around Temenos T24 as well as related sub-systems covering Loans, Trade Finance processing, Guarantees, and Payment systems.

Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for BAU for T24, including daily operation support, trouble shooting, enquiry support or etc.

\xc2\xb7 Support for the development planning and delivery of system integration and technology development book of work for Core Banking / Back Office / Business Process Management applications.
\xc2\xb7 Work with Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Test Managers to ensure the efficiency of system integration test cycles and propose improvements required if defects are found. In addition to unit testing code, this includes supporting all testing cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) ensuring all deliverables are aligned with technology development governance.
\xc2\xb7 Work with Technology Infrastructure and Technology Application teams to ensure through adequate system design and testing that Technology operations risks can be minimized and that application data is appropriately structured, controlled, and utilized within the business.
\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and expert advice throughout all technical stages of projects, Change Requests, and first-level support.
\xc2\xb7 Support development activities within a project or Change request, such as additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems or conversion programs to be built.

Qualifications and requirements
\xc2\xb7 Open for junior but minimum 3 years experiences in T24 and similar role.
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree (or its equivalent) in Information Technologies or related course
\xc2\xb7 Financial technology background experience with design and development experience including past software development role as well as previous experience in the integration of vendor solutions
\xc2\xb7 Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
