The primary objective of the solution architect is to provide architecture, design and technical guidelines to enable the bank's digital transformation. Candidates need to have a strong grasp of banking & banking processes and deep understanding of Temenos Transact, Payment Hub & Triple' A Plus products.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

General

Define IT APAC's architecture roadmap and landscape in line with the Digital Strategy of the bank Participate in IT Projects by providing target architecture and solution blueprints that align to strategic architectural patterns and governance standards Manage and drive proof of concepts on new technologies and tools that may be required for supporting the bank's business Own architecture design decisions with good understanding of emerging as well as established competing products and services Define and ensure implementation adherence to non-functional requirements for solutions Acts as a recognized technical authority in focussed business discussions Key candidate in driving technical leadership in the bank End to end Solution design and ownership

Client Management (internal & external)

Participate and contribute to enterprise architecture strategy of the bank by working together within Architecture COE Provide technical guidance to project teams along the entire software development lifecycle Act as an enabler for discussions on architectural and technical topics with engineering team

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Personal and Social

Professional and Technical

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Computer science 12+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems in banking domain, preferably wealth management Strong technical & functional understanding of Temenos Transact, Payment Hub & Triple' A Plus. Implementation experience of (R25+) Transact private wealth. String product knowledge in Temenos Transact Modules and Framework: Modules related to Temenos Transact wealth (securities, derivatives etc) API Framework Event Framework Extensions and Configuration User Experience (UX) Wealth Management Payments & swift TTI Payment Cockpit Payment extensibility TAFJ Temenos Explorer and Transat explorer Temenos Microservices knowledge is an addon: + Event Store
+ Generic Configuration
- Implementation experience of configure and setup multi-company, multi-app server, Non-Stop, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann
- Deep-rooted technical pedigree with proficiency in enterprise technologies such as Java EE, spring boot, Oracle database, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, Kafka streaming etc.
- Very good knowledge and experience in modern web technologies
- Experience in implementing DevOps principles in the organisation
- Deep understanding and practice of scaled agile framework
- Deep understanding and hands-on of docker, Kubernetes and containers. Confluent Kafka
