Coordinate and setup interviews and booking of interview room or Teams/Zoom for Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and Candidates (averagely 10-15 daily)
Assist in documents collections from shortlisted candidates during offer management
Assist in preparing new hires\xe2\x80\x99 Letter of Appointment
Prepare Pre-Employment medical document for New Hires
Work with HR Ops to support TA team\xe2\x80\x99s new staff on-boarding process
Create and assign new job requisition
Maintain and upkeep job requisition status in ATS quarterly
Manage Employee Referral Programme \xe2\x80\x93 Collate and provide job listing to be published monthly
Monitor and manage referred candidates by providing timely responses for queries \xe2\x80\x93Collate Bi-Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly TA Reports
Maintain a tracker for data entry, data analytics, event management and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Take minutes for Monthly TA Meetings
Participate in processing improvement process
Support any ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Diploma or Degree from any fields
At least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of administrative support.
Experience in in-house recruitment / HR Operations for Tech related industry \xe2\x80\x93 preferred
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced working environment.
Prior experience in ATS (SuccessFactors) \xe2\x80\x93 added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity and manage pressure
