Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.
• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manage and budgeting of recruitment cost, agencies cost, cost per hire, job posting cost, recruitment fair cost
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
• Attend recruitment fairs, and similar events
• Responsible for campus recruitment (internship/graduates)
• Explore cost effective methods in candidate engagement and securing resumes from candidates that are suitable
• Review of job descriptions and postings
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Degree in Human Resource/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar function
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
