As part of our talent acquisition team, you\'ll manage the pre-boarding activities, Internship Programme and ensure that New Hires information is updated timely.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experiences for new hire\xc2\xb7 Manage talent acquisition programs which includes Internal Job Mobility, referrals, internships, scholarships, career fairs and ad-hoc industry event\xc2\xb7 Provide talent acquisition-related consultation and administrative support\xc2\xb7 Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, tertiary institutions and industry associations for talent outreach\xc2\xb7 Manage full cycle of Internship Programme activities which includes monthly payrollMore About You:\xc2\xb7 Min Diploma/Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration with at least 3 years of Talent Acquisition Operation experiences\xc2\xb7 Industry experiences and knowledge in Semiconductor/ Engineering/ Manufacturing preferred\xc2\xb7 Able to handle high volume hiring\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications\xc2\xb7 Experience in SAP is an added advantageSSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
