Well versed with ITIL Concepts - Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, Knowledge management o Perform and manage incident and event tickets, determine priority, and resolution from Level 1 escalation within defined SLA in compliance to Client's incident management process o Escalate incident and event tickets to Level 3 teams within defined SLA in compliance to client's incident management process 2. Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting, resolve any production incident and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution. 3. Provide trend analysis and root cause analysis on recurring incidents and defects 4. Review and plan continuous improvements to ensure smooth running of the applications 5. Manage application jobs, and provide instructions to Level 1 Application Operations team for jobs recovery/execution 6. Perform Service Requests (e.g. data patching, extraction of data or report, answer usage queries, etc.) 7. Build and update knowledge base from incident and problem tickets 8. Must comply with client's standards such as the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT security policies, best practices, procedures & guidelines Knowledge/Skills Required 1. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve critical & complex incidents 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population 3. In-depth knowledge of Tableau (and any other programming/scripting language background is preferred) 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications and experience: 1. At least 2 years of experience in Tableau. Administration experience is good to have. 2. Willingness to be trained as an administrator . 3. Experience in working closely with clients providing required services 4. Experience in maintaining and developing applications Top 2 Must have skills / Primary skills 1. Tableau Administration 2.
