KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional / Technical


Manage day to day operations of Tableau server environment Ensure high availability, scalability and security of the server environment Responsible for administering the server, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to support our growing user base.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Professional and Technical


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline Proven experience (3+ years) as a Tableau Server Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and components Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation. Hands-on experience with Windows server environment Familiarity with SQL and database management (e.g, SQL Server, Postgres SQL) Understanding of networking concepts, firewall, and load balancing Experience with Tableau Server performance tuning and optimization Work with agile development methodology, adhering to best practice
