Being part of our team,
You will play an important role in the consultation and management of both clients and candidates. Possessing an exceptional zeal in the \xe2\x80\x9cpeople business\xe2\x80\x9d, you will identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits. You will also work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
In addition, you will screen, select, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match clients\' requirements. You will provide appropriate and accurate professional advice to job seekers pertaining to their possible career progression and development.
We are looking for outstanding individual who possess the following:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Interests in Human Resources
- Able to multi- task and an excellent team player
- Possess high optimism with a never-say-die-attitude
- Resourceful, motivated and persistent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
