Support the execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes across the APAC region, including vacancy approvals, selection and onboarding. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of internal ATS and CRM systems, management of external social media platforms, and execution of employer branding campaigns. Coordinate reporting and assist in the development of a regional recruitment dashboard to monitor performance and enhance recruitment strategies.
Key Tasks:

Support the consistent implementation of
Talent Acquisition initiatives, programs, and tools
across APAC, including assessment and selection frameworks, integration with related processes, and budget alignment.
Coordinate and support the
implementation of recruiting centers
across the region, working closely with local TA Leads to ensure consistency in employer branding, processes, and tools.
Support alignment and adoption of
standardized TA processes
and effective utilization of
ATS and CRM systems
.
Assist in identifying and advising on
recruitment methods and channels
(e.g. LinkedIn, agencies, universities) and appropriate selection tools.
Proactively support
sourcing activities
for selected senior and/or critical roles in collaboration with Business Managers and local HR teams.
Support regular reviews of TA processes, policies, and approaches to
remove bias and prevent discrimination
, in line with D&I policy guidelines.
Collaborate with the
Regional Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Manager
to support the planning and execution of
Employer Branding campaigns
aimed at building external talent pipelines.
Support consistency in
global and regional onboarding processes
and induction programs across the region.
Coordinate and support the
regional and global vacancy approval process
for both overhead and customer-funded roles.
Track and support management of
TA KPIs
, contributing insights through regional performance dashboards.
Support resolution of issues related to
resourcing, process integration, and data analytics
.
Assist with
external talent mapping exercises
and stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices.
Coordinate with
third-party suppliers
for selected roles and support delivery against agreed quality, cost, and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Education
Bachelor's Degree
Certification or formal qualification in assessment and selection tools
Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, including Internship Experience
