Gig economy is the future of Talent Management and Bridge Et Al was created with the intent of helping Freelancing Experts and Consultants in the area of Strategy, Change Management, Transformation, Human Resources and Digitization to connect with Organizations and work on meaningful projects.As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as develop and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, business heads/leads, and human resources partners. You will also be responsible for building relationships with experts on the platform. This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential, and organized recruitment professional to deliver the best service to stakeholders.

• Developing end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Sourcing, screening, and advertising roles using social media, platforms like LinkedIn.
• Conduct pre screening interviews and active management and building of candidate pipeline
• Building and maintaining hiring manager/stakeholder relationships, and responsible for the management of candidate relationshipsQualifications
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in hiring within APAC, experience of working on global requirements will be added advantage
• Full recruiting process management experiences from talent sourcing, and interview assessment to offer negotiation and preparation of employment contract and onboarding coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situation
