Meltwater is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join and drive recruitment in South East Asia and China. You will quickly establish yourself as a key business partner to proactively run the end to end recruitment process for our Delivery Services organization and focus on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring lead experience. You will be a part of a dynamic global Talent & People team, who are at an exciting stage of implementing new people systems and best practice processes to support our ambitious growth plans.

This position will be based in Singapore.

You can expect to:

• Own recruitment process from start to finish across APAC Delivery Services functions; from attraction/advertising, job descriptions, advise on market mapping, direct sourcing, support screening and interviewing, conduct interview feedback and advise and prepare offers for approval and execution
• Partner with, and develop strong relationships with regional hiring leaders in the Delivery Services organization to understand their requirements, coach and advise on our recruitment process and meet the growing talent needs of each country
• Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience, and ensuring that candidates are briefed promptly on their interview stages every step of the way
• Engage and manage external stakeholders to develop relationships with universities within key geographies to build an external bench of talent and hire for critical roles
• Ensure that every hiring process has a credible slate of diverse talent based on gender, ethnicity, etc. to promote DEI culture in the organization

• 2-3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience working with hiring leaders from a variety of countries and cultures to develop their recruitment capability
• Accustomed to working autonomously and as as part of global team, in a fast-paced organization with ambitious growth plans and a track record of hiring exceptional and diverse talent
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure and to tight deadlines to be flexible, tenacious and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
• Skills recruiting for Delivery Services roles
• Experience developing strategies and action plans related hiring campaigns, attracting methodologies and direct sourcing in the APAC market
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a desire to establish meaningful global reporting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem solving abilities
• Collaborative at core, and actively seeking out feedback and new opinions
• Comfortable working in an agile and truly global environment
