About this opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience with all potential employees. Speed and follow-through are key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects
  • Coordinate all aspects of the candidate interview, including scheduling, room reservation and video conference set up with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Facilitate candidate travel arrangements for interviews and process candidate expenses related to travel
  • Handle all the onboarding documentation process work including background checks and ensure all documents are in placed before candidate commences work
  • Ensure accuracy of inputting requisition details into ATS
  • Close out job requisitions after positions are filled
  • Handle contingent workers\xe2\x80\x99 contract renewal
  • Submit purchase requisitions for recruiting related costs.
  • Support global, regional and local TA programs and projects
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
  • Embrace an agile mindset and maintain understanding of creative recruitment tools, technologies and the best methodologies
  • Other duties may be assigned
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline
  • Mininum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an administrative support capacity (staffing/recruiting preferred)
  • Good level understanding of recruiting in a highly regulated environment with an appreciation for process and attention to details
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and people skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, detail oriented, multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking System such as iCIMS and HRIS system, Workday will be advantageous
  • Flexibility to changing tasks and work schedules is required
