Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and people-oriented individual to take charge of

recruitment and events

for our financial consultancy team.

You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding -- while also supporting internal events and engagement initiatives.

Your key focus will be to

recruit Financial Services Consultants (FSCs)

who are passionate about sales and growth. You'll play a vital role in presenting our unique advantage:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands motivation, and wants hands-on experience in hiring, communication, and event coordination -- with incentives for every successful hire.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential candidates Pitch the opportunity and communicate our key selling point: in-house leads and a modern, lead-driven sales system.*
Conduct interviews, manage follow-ups, and guide candidates through onboarding. Support and coordinate internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities. Work closely with management to refine recruitment strategies and build a strong, motivated team.

Requirements

Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field. No prior experience required -- full training provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Confident in engaging people online (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc). Organised, goal-oriented, and enjoys connecting with diverse individuals.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid:

mix of office and remote work

Full-time:

5 days/week --

$2,800/month + incentives

per successful hire Flexible hours & supportive work environment with growth opportunities
