Responsibilities:

Source for candidates through posting of advertisements across various job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct phone calls and interview candidates to access their fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers on the recruitment process for potential candidates.
Understand from hiring managers their staffing needs to develop effective strategies.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Support career fairs or other recruitment activities.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or equivalent
No experience needed (Training provided)
Screen calls for Chinese-Language Teacher candidates, knowledge of Chinese is essential
Meticulous and attention to detail
Adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Working Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
