JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy independent professional with a passion for talent acquisition to join us in shaping the future of our organization. You will collaborate with the stakeholders to execute recruitment initiatives to align with our company\'s vision and growth objectives.
Your primary focus will be leveraging technology to enhance our hiring processes, establish a strong employer brand and ensure the successful onboarding of new talent.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across all functions that align with the company\'s expansion plans.
  • Lead the recruitment process for various roles including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Partner with department heads across all functions to understand the skills and competencies required for various roles and assist in translating them into actionable hiring plans.
  • Ensuring that recruitment activities stay within the company\'s manpower plan and budget, optimizing resources effectively.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to build and promote the company\'s HR branding to attract top talent across all functions.
  • Proactively explore new channels or platforms including social media and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates for all roles.
  • Support in maintaining accurate recruitment reports to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, collaborate closely with HR operations to ensure seamless documentation and orientation.
  • Represent and participate at career fairs, educational institutions, and industry events to foster collaboration opportunities and elevate the employer brand for all roles.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Degree or Diploma in HRM or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in meeting fulfillment and retention targets, preferably with manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute to hiring decisions.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Assist in all aspect of recruitment process for all positions, including liaising with recruitment agencies and online job posting.
  • Screening resume and interview arrangement, prepare salary proposal, offer letter, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage statutory and/or stakeholder report requests.
  • Assist in company events and welfare activities.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-connected and resourceful in drawing valuable information or insights from internal and external stakeholders.
