Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending employment offers.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on the progress of recruitment activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 year of talent acquisition/ recruitment experience
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
