Our client is a leading player in construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area - easily accessible.
Duties of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, and reference checks.
Partner with business units on manpower planning, hiring budgets, and workforce needs.
Oversee onboarding activities such as appointment letters, work pass applications, and pre-employment requirements.
Handle employee lifecycle matters including leave, benefits, performance appraisals, and staff engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and compliant manner.
Lead recruitment drives such as campus hiring and career fairs.
Review and implement HR processes and policies aligned with local employment regulations.
Participate in government surveys and HR audits when required.
Support continuous improvement in HR operations and drive best practices.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
3 years experience of relevant experience
