The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

About the Team:

Shopee is currently hiring interns with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition. Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position. Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports. Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn * Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
