Talent Acquisition Intern (Jan 2026 - June 2026)

You will be part of a small but dynamic HR Talent Acquisition team that focuses on recruiting best-fit candidates and building our employer brand across ASEAN for our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the campus recruitment strategies for a German-based multinational company from attraction to onboarding. You will also be given the opportunity to participate in both regional and global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full suite of recruitment cycle for internships from internship campaigns, enrolment with schools & institutes, interviews scheduling & selections to onboarding. Engage and work with various tertiary institutes and channel partners in various campus programs to source the right talents for joint industry projects. Support the TA team in the administration of all Employer Branding and Engagement activities for the Singapore entity including digital campaigns and campus events. Participate in any other assigned HR projects.

Key Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields. Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills. A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines. Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude. We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise.
