Work Mode:
Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with recruiters and hiring team, to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with the team to manage and improve our employee referral program, including but not limited to promoting internal referral openings to motivate employees to refer candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience to recruitment mechanics and behind-the scenes work which in turn, improves the overall candidate experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating and managing Talent Community Programs and seeking out potential candidates via Social Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting Recruitment processes by sourcing, identifying, and attracting targeted candidates, for both technical and non-technical positions.
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc., \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
