Our client is headquartered in Singapore in the financial services industry. : Reach Out to potential candidates via LinkedIn and/or other means, Connect, Engage and Build Relationships Oversee Facebook Community Engagement for Financial Advisers Conduct 1st Interview with Potential Candidates, and arrange for subsequent interviews with Director and other Organization Leaders Facilitate Personality Profiling and other Tests Conduct Onboarding Process And other ad hoc projects which may arise Requirements : Min A-Lvls / Diploma No experience is required Have a strong ability to connect and communicate with others Positive attitude and flexible mindset Good communication skills, good team player and able to work with all level of staff Self-starter with initiatives Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
