Responsibilities:
Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals
Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company
Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density
Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc.
Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics
Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Drive or take part in Talent projects and initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead / Manager, ideally within fast-paced tech companies
Proven ability to coach and upskill recruiters to deliver solid hiring outcomes
Track record of hiring world-class talent, with the ability to define and uphold a high hiring bar
Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive performance
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
