Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment



Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across technology functions, including software engineering, data science, AI/ML, product management, and infrastructure. Manage sourcing, screening, and selection to ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Continuously optimize interview and assessment frameworks to improve efficiency, consistency, and hiring outcomes.

Talent Sourcing & Channel Strategy



Build and manage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, referrals, and specialized tech communities. Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, professional networks, and technology associations. Experiment with new sourcing tools and methods to increase reach and attract top-tier talent.

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping



Stay informed on emerging talent trends across the technology and innovation sectors. Conduct ongoing talent mapping to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates. Prepare insights and market reports to guide strategic workforce planning and business decisions.

Data-Driven Recruitment



Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Use data to forecast hiring needs, measure pipeline health, and refine sourcing strategies. Leverage ATS and analytics tools to build transparent and scalable hiring processes.

Business Partnership & Advisory



Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand team dynamics and organizational goals. Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, role design, and talent market realities. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's culture, mission, and values to potential candidates.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or above, with

5+ years of experience in technology recruitment

--in-house or agency. Proven success hiring across technical domains (e.g., software, data, AI/ML, product, or hardware). Strong understanding of tech talent markets and the ability to craft tailored sourcing strategies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Agile, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
