Talent Acquisition Partner

to join their expanding HR team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will design and drive the firm's recruitment strategy. This is a regional role based in Singapore, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia and a growing remit as the company opens new offices globally. Some high-priority tasks include:

Shaping and managing recruitment processes end-to-end. Designing structured interview journeys that reflect the company's values and culture. Building internship programs and partnerships with universities. Creating pathways that convert interns into future employees. Supporting the business as it scales into new markets and geographies.

What We Are Looking For

You should possess 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior exposure to robotics, automation, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous though not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone excited to build a talent function in a high-growth environment and eager to bring fresh ideas to how recruitment and internships are designed!
