We are looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in supporting of our organization growth. In this role, you will be involved and responsible in full cycle recruiting, by creating strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. This is an individual contributor role, reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, based in Singapore.
About the role - you will:
Be responsible for the hiring of different job levels for Support and Professional roles in Singapor
Manage the end-to-end recruitment that encompasses sourcing, candidate screening, behavioral–based interviewing, scheduling of interviews and offer process
Advise hiring manager on the recruitment process and provide guidance where needed, ensuring that the hiring is in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring
Build and maintain strong business partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
Identify and approach active and passive candidates to fill positions in a timely manner
Effectively utilize TA tools - applicant tracking system to manage recruitment process and track all recruitment-related activities data in a timely manner as well as candidate relationship management system to build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
Maintain knowledge, keep up to date on industry trends and share market knowledge with stakeholders
Execute effective recruitment marketing and branding to potential candidates
Take part in recruitment events/activities including walk-in interviews, career fairs
Participate in regional projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function
