In-charge of end-to-end recruitment process for the company from job posting to employee on-boarding
Develop recruitment strategy to meet company\'s hiring objectives
Utilize company resources through job portals, social platforms, print media, posters, flyers and etc. on recruitment activities
Evaluate and screen candidate applications
Develop hiring strategies and prepare hiring forecast for the company
Ensure continuous improvement and keep up with industry trends on recruitment strategies
Provide business partnering with respective hiring managers on identifying the suitable candidates
Capture date, analyse, present and improve recruitment metrics
Participate on Career Fairs, internal or external events to attract Talents
Perform Talent Management strategies to retent company Talents
Ensure compliance with MOM regulation and TAFEP restrictions
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience
Advanced knowledge in recruitment platforms
