Job Description
Responsibilities
- In-charge of end-to-end recruitment process for the company from job posting to employee on-boarding
- Develop recruitment strategy to meet company\'s hiring objectives
- Utilize company resources through job portals, social platforms, print media, posters, flyers and etc. on recruitment activities
- Evaluate and screen candidate applications
- Develop hiring strategies and prepare hiring forecast for the company
- Ensure continuous improvement and keep up with industry trends on recruitment strategies
- Provide business partnering with respective hiring managers on identifying the suitable candidates
- Capture date, analyse, present and improve recruitment metrics
- Participate on Career Fairs, internal or external events to attract Talents
- Perform Talent Management strategies to retent company Talents
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulation and TAFEP restrictions
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience
- Advanced knowledge in recruitment platforms
