Talent Acquisition Executive
with proven experience in
F&B recruitment
to help us find, attract, and retain the right people across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for F&B positions.
Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and industry networks.
Maintain and grow a talent pipeline tailored to F&B roles.
Screening & Selection
Review resumes and conduct interviews with a focus on F&B skills, service attitude, and cultural fit.
Coordinate trial shifts and skills assessments with outlet managers.
Advise hiring managers on market salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
Employer Branding
Craft job postings that appeal directly to F&B candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs and industry networking events.
Build our reputation as an employer of choice in the F&B sector.
Onboarding & Support
Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and MOM/CPF compliance.
Support outlet managers in probation evaluations and retention strategies.
Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, attrition).
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of proven experience in F&B recruitment
(agency or in-house).
Strong candidate network within the F&B industry.
Good understanding of manpower challenges unique to restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Excellent communication and people skills, able to engage candidates across all levels.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
