Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: $3500 - $4500

Job Responsibilities: Assist superiors in the Human Resource Department in Talent Requisition and Management 1) Talent Requisition

• Work with business unit to build strong teams through recruitment and selection process, according to unit\xe2\x80\x99s requirements & strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities are in line with manpower plan and budget.
• Prepare and post recruitment advertisement in various platform including social media.
• Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments with hiring managers.
• Track and perform required reporting for various recruitment channels
• Co-ordinate with teammates to manage on-boarding process for new hires and off-boarding process for resigning employees within the legislative requirements.

2) HR Policy & Procedures

• Assist in the formulation of HR policies.
• Advice on policies and ensure consistent compliance to Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
• Implement and communicate policies effectively
• Assist in the regular review of Staff Handbook to ensure that the HR policies and procedures are up to date.

3) Process Improvement & Adhoc Projects as assigned

• Works with business leaders in the Talent Requisition Process improvement and innovation
• Serves as trusted advisor in manpower initiatives across the business to assist managers and staff in meeting performance objectives
• Assesses the competitiveness of HR Requisition programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.15pm

Salary:

• $3500 - $4500

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 4 or 5 years\' related working experience
• Relevant knowledge & experience in digital platform &/or social media
• Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
• Comfortable to work Overtime if needed
