Job Description


  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Improve HR process and procedure.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • With 3 - 5 years of working experience in Real Estate, Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Organization Development.
