The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support one of our MNC clients who is setting up a global hub in Singapore. In this role, the successful incumbent will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and it will involve liaising with client on a day-to-day basis as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.Key Responsibilities

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process
• Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
• Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Facilitating the interview and selection process
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
• Proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, including cold-calling, Internet searches and networking to build a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
• Ensuring candidate and hiring manager a great experience by frequent updates and communication
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team goals
• Undertaking market mapping projects

Skills & Experience

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers in an agency environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates
• Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
• An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
