We are looking for a proactive and globally minded
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles across product, engineering, operations, and more. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced Web3 environment, while ensuring hiring practices comply with relevant local employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles across technical, business, and support functions.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across key regions (e.g., Asia, North America, Europe).
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
Ensure hiring processes align with applicable labour laws and fair hiring standards across jurisdictions.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track hiring metrics to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
Support employer branding efforts relevant to the Web3 space.
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and team integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in global or regional talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of international hiring practices and basic employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience recruiting for fast-scaling tech or Web3 organizations preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Familiar with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS systems.
Ability to operate independently and thrive in a remote, cross-cultural, fast-changing environment.
Nice to Have
Prior experience hiring for blockchain, crypto, or fintech companies.
