Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
