Talent Acquisition Specialist, Singapore (6 Month Contract)

This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities.
What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage and lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates, including passive talent.
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to reporting and insights.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within shipping, logistics, or related industries.

• Proven success in hiring across varied job categories and levels ideally within shipping and logistics fields or large multinational environments

• Strong knowledge of the Singapore employment landscape and talent trends.
• A solid track record in proactive sourcing and engaging passive talent in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
