You will work as part of the talent team and be involved in talent related projects including, but not limited to, recruiting, developing, engaging and managing the organization's talent pool. . Drive employee engagement activities which include feedback, recognition and welfare programs . Compile and maintain large volume of data relating to staff management and development, ensuring data accuracy and quality . Analyze, identify, and translate meaningful insights from HR data . Administer onboarding life cycle for new joiners and internship program evaluation . Assist in preparation of operational reports and publications, for internal and external purposes . Execute outreach efforts in tertiary institutions to develop eminence and attract talents . Provide efficient administrative and ad hoc support to talent initiatives Requirement . Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent (Admin role) . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Self-starter, meticulous and well organized - efficient in planning, coordination and follow-up . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment . Handle sensitive information and analyze large volume of data responsibly .
