What the role is:
This traineeship provides an opportunity to contribute to JTC's recruitment team.
What you will be working on:
The trainee will be involved in a few areas which include: 1) AI Technologies to streamline recruitment & selection process a) Assess AI tool(s) to be used in recruitment processes b) Understand current recruitment challenges/processes c) Test the selected tool, analyse and provide feedback d) If time permits, assist the HR recruiters in customization of the tool for JTC's needs, when feasible 2) Management Associate Programme Structure a) Conduct a research and analysis on a few Management Associate Programmes from other organisations b) Map out a proposed programme structure including duration, rotations and learning components c) Present findings and recommendations to the HR team 3) Branding / Outreach Initiatives a) Support the HR team in branding and engagement initiatives with students and IHLs. 4) Process Improvement initiatives a) Assess current business processes and identify digitalization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
