Learning & Development Intern

Gain exposure to daily L&D functions, professionals, and business leaders.

Encourage a positive, energized and respectful learning environment.

Provide support to the team in the following areas:

Coordinate the delivery of the training programmes according to the training calendar.

Liaise with training providers for external course enrollment for employees.

Provide end to end administrative support (venue, room setup, catering, materials and certificate printing, payment etc.) and communication to trainer and participants.

Build and administer various surveys.

Create and develop PowerPoint presentations for trainings and events.

Support New Employee Orientation programme for new hires as part of onboarding process.

Assist in creation of facilitation guides and instructional materials.

Set up technology and media equipment (i.e., PowerPoint, webinar, Skype, video)

Coordinate and participate in any off-site events.

Perform special projects as identified by the needs of the business.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A curious and competitive spirit.

Ability to be detail-oriented and organized.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well with a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

Current undergraduate student pursuing a diploma in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
