They are seeking for a Talent Development Director to join their growing business in the Asia Pacific Region.Overview:This role entails crafting, executing, and overseeing internal training initiatives geared towards enhancing skills, nurturing talent, and fostering empowerment. It offers an exhilarating chance to drive the organization\xe2\x80\x99s trajectory by prioritizing the growth and enrichment of its workforce.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and curriculum aligned with company goals and objectives for the internal training academy.
  • Design and deliver training programs across various functional areas (culinary, customer service, operations, leadership) to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Identify emerging talent and develop talent incubation programs to prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify training needs and priorities, tailoring programs to address specific skill gaps.
  • Utilize various training methodologies and delivery formats (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, on-the-job training) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of training programs and track employee development progress.
  • Partner with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry organizations to leverage resources and expertise for training initiatives.
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training regulations, industry standards, and best practices, updating training programs accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and talent development, incorporating relevant insights into training strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s or certifications preferred.
  • 8-10 years of training and development experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs across various functional areas.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing diverse training methodologies and formats.
  • Ability to establish metrics and benchmarks for training effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of training regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
