Job Description


JOB PURPOSE:

This person will be responsible for process analysis, measurement of effectiveness, project management, facilitation and administration associated with all talent development activities. Executes research and data analysis tasks. Work with HR Business Partners to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead talent development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Support the Global Talent Development & function by performing program management duties, such as coordinating internal meetings, assisting in preparation for meeting or workshop facilitation, content design/branding, tracking budget expenses, preparing, and processing invoices, and serving as the point of contact for the group.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of programs using a variety of approaches (including blended learning), policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
  • Analysis of company-wide programs and/or training initiatives that need to be changed and/or implemented to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify/ incorporate best practices and lessons learned into proven company processes for organizational change management, performance management and talent management.
  • Assist in coordinating all Talent Development programs, including tasks such as serving as point of contact for external vendors, scheduling, updating, and maintaining schedules and rosters, reserving conference rooms, ordering supplies and refreshments, in addition to any other requirements for supporting a learning event.
  • Provides expert advice and guidance in the application of information and best practices associated with Teleflex Academy programs.
  • Identify learning and talent development needs at a regional and country level in consultation with HR to propose learning and development solutions.
  • Administer talent and learning systems, as needed, and conduct Learning Data Analysis (needs and effectiveness) to provide valuable insight to the business and HR
  • Others: Support Global Talent Development (GTD) and APAC HR to implement related projects when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 12-15 years of healthcare marketing experience to physicians/clinicians and patients, working in matrixed multinational organization.
  • A substantive knowledge of the Urology industry preferred; healthcare pathway, non-reimbursed and reimbursed markets, and the factors that drive them.
  • Proven ability to act as a business partner with strong business acumen, critical thinking, commercial focus, and customer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle communication across levels of various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, influence others outside of reporting structure and work collaboratively across a matrix structure.
  • Deliver results by adopting flexible, innovative, and compliant approach.
  • Must have proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

  • Ability to travel, up to 50%
