JOB PURPOSE:
This person will be responsible for process analysis, measurement of effectiveness, project management, facilitation and administration associated with all talent development activities. Executes research and data analysis tasks. Work with HR Business Partners to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead talent development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
