Work you\'ll do

As part of the Talent Experience Team, you will be focused on spearheading our employer brand, talent engagement and well-being and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Main roles & responsibilities:
The Talent Experience Executive is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to support the well-being of staff within the firm. The role involves creating a positive and supportive work environment by implementing programs that promote physical and mental health, work-life harmony, and overall staff wellness.

Talent engagement and well-being activities:

  • Design and implement staff well-being programs and initiatives that support a positive work environment and work-life harmony.
  • Develop and execute plans to address specific areas of need, such as stress management, mental health, and physical health.
  • Draft internal and external communication materials such as social media posts and mailers to promote our activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as HR, and senior leadership, to ensure the success of the well-being program.
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of staff well-being programs, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff regarding their physical and mental health, including referrals to appropriate resources or healthcare professionals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to staff well-being, and apply this knowledge to develop and implement effective programs.
  • Liaise with external vendors to source and implement relevant staff well-being programs and initiatives
  • Manage Deloitte\'s internal staff recognition portal and e-store and curate a variety of suitable e-store items for employees\' redemption.
Employer Branding roles & responsibilities:
  • Be part of the Employer Branding team to establish and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to providing a unique internship experience for students (E.g. Human Resources team, talent teams, school clubs and career offices)
  • Execute employer branding and talent initiatives, such as engaging students and promote Deloitte as the employer of choice (E.g. organising career fairs, events, and workshops, etc.)
  • Conceptualise and implement local communication and social media campaigns to promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Other projects as assigned including drafting talent communications and organising talent-related events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field
  • At least 2 years\' experience in developing and implementing staff well-being programs and initiatives
  • Committed and passionate about driving talent programmes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Creative and confident in communicating ideas
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision, and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
