Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
