Our client, a well-established and highly regarded conglomerate in the region, and a leader in the industry \xe2\x80\x93 is looking for a Talent Management Manager to join the Singapore team. The current HR team is led by a strong leader who is big on grooming talents. Reporting to the Talent Management Director, the Talent Management Manager will be at the forefront of building talent capabilities within the organization. You will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent management function and leadership / learning programs across the group. This role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be foundation to the continued success and growth of the business. You will create the overall strategy and road map to deliver on a robust talent and development agenda that is aligned with business needs; evaluate, design and execute programs as part of the Learning & Development initiatives; assess and transform performance management processes and systems that drive high performance and engagement throughout the organisation; drive and manage the talent review and succession planning; plan and execute the employee engagement survey, and help evaluate results and follow up with actions plans.

A fast-paced environment which will require a strong and resilient individual to drive a high-performance culture. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers \xe2\x80\x93 serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in aspect of talent development / management. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity.
