This is a newly created role to join our Talent Team in Singapore to assist with administrative and talent related initiatives.

About the role:

• Interview coordination and scheduling
• Job postings and tracking the application progress on the company career page
• Managing our internal Application Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Handles all work-pass related matters which includes but not limited to applications and renewals
• Support with new hire onboarding process such as insurance enrolment, creation of HRIS, work email and expense profiles
• Support talent initiatives related to employees\xe2\x80\x99 wellness, engagement and other business related projects
• Other business related tasks assigned

• Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration Minimally 3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions
• Self-driven mindset and always eager to learn
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
• Experience working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
