Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Manager to lead our outbound lead generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Team Leaders and driving production goals. You will oversee a team of managers and sales representatives, set targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the outbound lead generation sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of managers and sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.  Set clear performance targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and segments to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage and enforce effective lead qualification processes to ensure the focus is on high-potential prospects.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine strategies and offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Review and analyze outbound lead generation performance against targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in sales processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
5 years of proven success in hard selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5 years of experience in sales team management and leadership roles.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful sales strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
