Build and maintain pipeline of active and passive candidates in niche, hard to fill positions
Map out the talent market and stay up-to-date on the most recent trends and movements in the industry
Using data to support/influence decision
Utilize all sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates
Works closely with the Recruiters and Recruiting Leadership team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
More than 6 years of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting
Background and experience of building pipeline in Tech/Consumer Electronics/Computer Software/Hardware
Demonstrated experience and/or ability using innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of talent preferred
Data driven
A strong hunger to learn and inquisitive in nature
Degree in Human Resources/Business/Econs or any related fields.
