StackAdapt is looking for a Talent Specialist who wants to join a fast-growing company, foster an engaging culture focused on our people, source the best talent, and help highlight our employer brand.


The Talent Specialist will help support StackAdapt through a very exciting growth phase, own Recruitment from start to finish, as well as contribute to other Talent & Recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Talent Team Lead, you will help contribute to our growing team and foster the incredible culture at StackAdapt through Recruitment & Talent.


StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Singapore for this position.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the full cycle of recruitment from start to finish: job intake, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through Linkedin Recruiter
• Work closely with department heads, managers & team leads to help with their hiring needs
• Define and execute our hiring strategies to successfully scale several teams through hyper-growth phase
• Work on exciting Talent & Recruitment projects - StackAdapt loves creativity and encourages initiative!
• Help foster the incredible culture at StackAdapt through various tasks related to recruitment, diversity, and employee experience
• Help continue to build out StackAdapt's Employer Brand

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales or engineering recruitment role - a huge bonus if you've worked on roles in Programmatic Advertising
• You have experience attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates that you identified with Linkedin Recruiter
• You care deeply about cultivating relationships, can have lively, thoughtful conversations with candidates, and know our company and its products well enough to articulate our opportunities
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• You’re adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback
• You aren't afraid to experiment and can thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• You are a people person and you love to have fun at work
