Tank Truck Loading Rack Operator (Oil & Gas) \xe2\x80\x93 Jurong Island [LKH]

Our client is energy companies that produce and transport crude oil and natural gas; refine, market and distribute fuels and other energy products; manufacture and sell petrochemical products.
Currently they are sourcing for Tank Truck Loading Rack Operator.
Working location: Jurong Island.
Working Hours: 12 hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities:

• Knows the fundamentals of day-to-day Tank Truck Loading Rack (TTLR) Operations, with coaching and supervision
• Reference Operating Procedures & Process Safety Information (PSI), Job Loss Analysis (JLA), etc. for operational limits, tools, and safeguards
• Ensure that TTLR Operations run safely and smoothly without interruptions
• Leads/Stewards tank truck inspection, driver accreditation, tank truck loading, proper Accuload usage, inventory, and invoicing, overfill protection safeguards are in place and functioning, Road Transport Safety (RTS) Management Plan, etc.
• Knows/Stewards the Asset Integrity (AI) & Total Plant Maintenance (TPM) to ensure reliability of TTLR
• Plans and organizes work activities, communicate with shift team and contractors to follow processes, know the hazards and safeguards as identified in the hazard analysis, and seek their commitment to work safely and reliably
• Generate Local and Malaysia Performa Invoice & Customs declaration permit

Requirement:

• This position requires the incumbent to work on a 12-hour rotating shift based on a roster Overtime coverage is expected to be performed when required
• Some of the work activities will require the incumbent to be certified before they are allowed to assume their responsibility
• Some activities or work duties require the incumbent to obtain specific statutory qualifications to perform the task
• This is a safety sensitive position and will be subjected to fitness for duty requirements in compliance with both company policy and the government regulations
