Our client is a US MNC and a Fortune 500 Company providing Industrial Automation solutions to their customers in over 100 countries globally. They are currently hiring for an Tax Accountant and will like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position.
Tax Accountant Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual income tax provisions including quarterly update to OneSource Tax Provision.
- Perform income tax provision reconciliations, tax account reconciliations and yearly tax filing.
- Prepare monthly journals relating to corporate income tax and deferred tax, balance sheet schedules.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the preparation of the Transfer Pricing Report and audit.
- Monitor and prepare personal income tax accrual for short term assignees and expatriates.
- Participate and contribute actively in Company\'s drive to adopt IRAS Tax Governance Framework (TGF).
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensure adherence to Company\'s policies & procedures, SOX and statutory requirement.
- Support and undertake ad-hoc assignment and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent accounting certificate with at least 5 years experience in tax and/ or accounting.
- Good knowledge of Singapore tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting policy and practice.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and able to handle tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and operations teams, a team player, possess good communication and writing skills.
- Preferably with experience in Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle Software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills will be an advantage.
