Meyzer Group is a leading private equity group investing in technology and real estate, with a full service professional and corporate consultancy arm.
We are looking for an Auditor / Senior Auditor who can be in-charge of the audit engagement from planning to completion, including conducting a review of audit working papers and supervisory duties, ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Together we can build trust and relationships with our clients.
In this job, you will need to:
Audit:

• Have the ability to manage client’s expectations and maintain excellent management client relations.
• Assist in planning, execution and finalisation of audit assignments, performing audit for clients across various industries.
• Identify and discuss accounting and audit issues with managers and partners.
• Prepare and conduct review of statutory financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Tax:

• Prepare tax returns and tax computations corporations and individuals.
• Manage a portfolio of tax clients to ensure compliance with relevant tax deadlines.
• Keeping clients informed of tax status progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided.
• Act as a point of contact for tax-related issues/queries and assist the clients on such matters with the related authorities.

Snapshot of our ideal candidate:

• Relevant working experience in auditing and income tax
• Preferrably an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Provisional) (PTP)
• Related accountancy qualification and have strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with people of all levels
• Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure
• Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment
